sorry to post about this so much but i really need help

i need to mod a v8 tacho in a l3 dash to suit my v6. what resistor change is needed (im told this is what needs changing)

i did find a pic ages ago that showed it but cant find it now when i need it grrrrrrrr

Not sure on the resistance value that is needed to convert. I will see what I can find out though.
 
What's the difference between understeer and oversteer?
Understeer is when the driver is scared.
Oversteer is when the passenger is scared.

also with vnsvle's how to thing he wrote up i just noticed that the plug already int he car (vn exec) for the trip computer doesnt have enough wires and the odometer wont work? i had it goin the other day and it was countin the ks i was travellin on the triop part so surely the odo would be workin to?

you reckon that the resitor would need to be the same as my old l2 dash? if that even has one
