hey mate im about to do the front swaybar bushes on my 1990 commie and was wondering how i slip the swaybar over the rod once ive undone the bolts, will it just slip over easy or is there something else i need to do?

most people will undo the mounting bracket that holds the sway bar in place but i get a crowbar and lever the end of the sway bar down, be careful as it can slip and damage your body work...

i replaced mine with heavy duty links from e bay...best upgrad i have done as it makes a pretty big difference to handling....i was under teh car the other day looking for a clunking noise and noticed it was a bit loose (from when i lowered car) so i tightened them up and yeh...car is allot more possitive on teh road and handles a hell lot better
