Any answers to fumes in the cab at full throttle. Could it be the exhaust sensor?

What sort of fumes are they? Does it smell like burning oil, or is it that magical rotten-egg smell?

i think he is refering to petrol fumes

id start looking for leaks in the fuel system and id prolly start with injector rubbers and the rubber patch hoses going to and from the fuel rail (they commonly deteriorate)

ok guys i think i know your problem my brother had this happen to him

it turned out that either the filler rubber hose on the tank or the tanks breather hoses had perished not only causing fumes to get in the car but he was going though heaps of petrol aswell.

get under your tanks and find these hoses and make sure they are in good condition
