Warnings, (From seeing the results...)A stock engine WILL go bang! Buy another engine and have a play with that with forged pistons and ported heads etc. Saves you doing it twice or rushing it to get your car back on the road. And if you change your mind you have your old stock engine to go back in if need be (Police, unimpressed insurance companies, burning wallet...) Have you looked at the power gains/cost of a 4.3L stroker kit, I've been in a car with this and hell, it boogies like its got a crazy V8! |

| You'd have the same problem with a 5litre- you could only run low boost on a stocker. And even then it'd need to be healthy. |

Where's the fun in a stock six?
I kind of assumed from your last post that you thought it was easier to charge a 5litre than the six. All I was saying was it isn't.
And I guess your why do it half arsed comment kind of answers your first post. Build a 4.3litre stroker and whack a turbo on it. $$$ |

yeah but it will fly mild lol you do what you what, I agree with mild on this, and , frankly I think you would get alot better times out of a properly charged six than a 8 fact being power to weight ratio! mind you both would be furkin awsome if you had the bucks! |

I reckon the two extra pots will make up for the extra weight Triz!
Would be good to see something different though (stroked and blown six). |
