Ive developed an electrical problem in the VN.

Tail light fuse blown, replaced it, blew again, upped it to 20 amp from 15.... "fzzzth" blows.
I dont know much about auto electrics but this is what I did....

1:Removed tail light globes,(I actually unplugged the wirng harness connecters near the tail lights as well)
The globes themselves looked OK

2:removed number plate globe, globe looked OK
3:removed front parker globes, discovered they were both blown.

Tried another fuse....."fzzzth" blows up.

My drivers side headlight does have a small hole on it, and it gets condensation in the headlight. Could this cause the problem, even without the globe in place ?
Im figuring that I have a short somewhere in the wiring harness ?
Does anyone know if there is a known problem that will help me find it a solution quicker than testing the whole car ?

Cheers
