hey guys just need some help with my vents recently i had the motor removed and worked on and now when i put on either the vents or the air con it only comes out the feet vent even when i change it even the demist goes to the feet where do i look to fix this problem

by the way its a S1 motor unless i got the 1.5 but as far as i know S1

just a guess but maybe your vacume hoses are disconected

Either disconnected or crimped. It's not hard to twist/crimp a vac hose which will render your heater direction controls useless.

There should be a small vac hose coming out the side of the air intake elbow (on the manifold side of the throttle body). Make sure it's connected there. There's also a vacuum resevior in the passengers front wheel well...make sure it's connected there. Other than that it's time to get into your dash.
