Ive just built myself a larger aur intake pipe, its now 3 1/2" instead of the old 3" pipe.
is this doing me any good (also have S/C CAI)

I think that you might loose some performance because it reqires more force to drive the air into the throttle body. Meaning that you might loose some low end power. Give is a test drive and see how you go.

Been driving around for a few weeks and have done 2 trips to sydney.
minor loss in torque but improvement in fuel economy.
Might go down to auto barn and pick me up a alluminium intake (3")

How did you do the joint from the pipe to the throttle body?
