Hey guys im new here so yeah

I bought a VN, Cant remember what model cause once I bought it, I towed the car straight away to the mechanics, cause it wouldnt start, Bought it for $450 and wanting to make it look tough with ceptors, lowering it, tinted windows, drop tank etc..

I will get photos up once I get my car back from mechanics and post so on about it...

Car hasnt been driven btw for 5 years and has 182,000 cars on it.. The petrol hose was hard like a rock so had to get that changed and theres one scratch on it and paint is tough..

Use rekon it was good deal for $450 ?

Mate any cariis sweet for $450, my first car was a $300 VN with about 270ks on the clock and I'm still driving it.... I just got a mad deal on my second car... a VN and it cost me just over 1 grand... consider yourself lucky... u got a cheap VN didnt pay 4 grand at the dealers so now youve got $3550 to spend on performance and If ur in melbourne I have a set of balck ceptors that you can have for $100...(no tyres)

Up to a grand? Depending on how much work you can do yourself, and just how much is wrong with it, it could be well more than $1000.

Keep in mind that fitting a droptank needs to be done carefully so that it remains street legal. It needs to have a pressure vent and an overflow to the outside of the car, and must be fillable from outside the car.

Welcome to the club, and I hope you stick around for a long time to come.
