My problem is with the windscreen on my VN. Im trying to change the windscreen but it's leaving glass and polyurathane (if thats how u spell it) on the frame and is hard to get off.
Is there an easier way to change over a windscreen or has someone got a guide on how to do it??
Thank you,
Kempo.

The easiest, and best, way to change a windscreen in the VN is to pay someone to do it. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for doing as much as possible without paying someone else. But I know a few people who have 'tried' to do the windscreen themselves, and have had big problems with getting the new one watertight.
I'm not sure what it is exactly that makes it so tough, but I don't know of anyone who has managed to change it themselves. |

| Sorry I couldn't give you slightly better news, but it's one of those jobs that seems to be best left to a professional. Which really bugs me, I don't see why it is as hard as it is. The rear window is a prick of a job too. |
