First up: Welcome to the club, hope to see you here for a while. Just a word though, unless you're using a Mac from about 1991, do something about the Caps Lock.

The easy way to bleed the brakes, involves two people (it can be done with one, but two is easier).

1) Pull the wheel off,
2) Unclip lid from fluid resevoir
3) Place pressure on brake pedal and hold
4) Get person 2 to undo bleed nipple on brake caliper
5) Depress brake pedal
6) BEFORE letting the pedal come back up, get person 2 to tighten the bleed nipple
7) Raise pedal and repeat.

Keep an eye on the fluid level, top it up as you go.

Bleed the brakes in the following order. Rear Passenger, Rear Drivers, Front Passenger, Front Driver.

As for pulling the booster off, if you plan on doing much (any) work on the car yourself, pick up either a Gregory's or Haynes workshop manual for the VN (Kmart, Repco, Autobarn...), they will make things a lot easier.

If you can't get your hands on one, I'll copy out what mine says, but there's a bit to read. :)
