Yeah...I've been seeing them around my way for the last few months. All wrapped up in black covers and everything...To be honest I'm not a fan of them...

To me they look like a BMW and an Audi had an illegitimate child. That and my 18 year old VN beat one to 100kph...if after 18 years holden still haven't managed to produce a V6 that can out run the VN motor, you gotta wonder what they've been doing, especially given the amount of fuel that they use.

That said, those are just my opinions on it, no doubt you'll love it when you get it. Let us know how it goes.

Yeah I saw an Omega at a car detailers today. It had no number plates so i'm guessing it was from the holden dealers across the road. They look real good!

Dont ever ever say that!!! The BA is just like its previous discusting, ugly vehicle we call the AU with different front/rear lights.
I rekon the VE look hot as. I was just like you guys when i first saw one, i really disliked it, but let me tell you, what i saw on the road wasnt the SSV.
That thing looks like a monster!!!
The flaired guards are absoloutly genius and we finally have a rear wing that actually looks kind of cool.
Say what you want guys want bout the VE, ill take one anyday!!

I recon new cars today look disgusting, 1995 and onwards cars started to lose their shape, there is no soul in them anymore they all look japanese and they all look the same you can't tell the difference unless you look at the badge, give me older cars anyday. and it is sad my vn takes 7.5 seconds to get 100kph i had a stop watch in the car and i see the specs on newer comms and they are all 8.5 and 9 seconds.
newer cars will just get unglier and uglier until we are driving around in something that looks like a Liquorice allsort.

A newer version of the VN exists, it's called the VP, or the VR. The VS isn't too far off that for looks either, then there's the VT, that's where it started to change a bit, but the basic shape is still there. The VE is the first departure from the VN based shape. Believe it or not even the VY and VZ are 'based' on the same shape as the VN, albeit with a few more lumps and bumps.

I had actually applied for a job as a test driver with GMHA about 18 months ago, got rejected because they wanted someone who could work full time hours, and could start straight away, since I was still at uni that more or less ruled me out. Kinda sucks...I should chase them up on that now that I've finished, see if they still have a position.
