Well mate, so far I've struck out, I've tried a few different tech bookshops in the city. I'll head up the road and speak to the guys at the local holden dealership later this week or early next week, see if they know where one could be found. I'm starting to get the idea that these things are rare as rocking horse sh!t.

I've actually got that manual. Only thing is I'm still using it with my car.
I suggest checking out a lot of second hand book shops, I thats where i managed pick mine up from.
Good luck!

This might sound strange, but can you post some pictures of it, so that we know what we're looking for? I've seen the set of manuals for the VS. But it might be handy to know what the VN ones look like.

More to the point, roughly what price did you end up getting them for?

I got this one for $22. I'll scan the cover tommorow if i can work out how to use the bloody thing and post it up. Hope it'll help out.

The cover says Commdore Lexcen V6 1991 - 1993. Then has a picture of a white VP on the right and then all the models it covers on the left.
Says it covers Lexen models: CSi, VXi and Newport.
I'll do my best to get it for you tommorow.
Cheers!

I spotted one on ebay (parts of one). It looks like it has several volumes. One bloke has 4 volumes(not sure how many there are) for $49 each = $196 for the lot... so wont be cheap.

There's a difference between the Ellery's manuals, and the official GMH one.

The Ellery's one is good, the Gregory's one is good, but the GMH one costs close to $200 for a reason, it's the best of the best of the best.

We are NOT looking for the little Ellery's or Gregory's manual, we are trying to track down the GMH workshop manual.

If you want to post pics on the forums you first need to become a member of the photobucket.com web site which of course is free. You then upload your photo's onto their website. Once the photo's have been uploaded to the website and you can view your photo's on the site there will be three headings below the photo's. These headings are:- Url, Tag and Img. Right now when you reply to a topic and include pictures you copy the text in the Img box and paste it into your reply. Before you post you reply to make sure the photo is on there just click on the preview button and the picture should be there. Now click post new reply and you are done. If this confuses anyone(I am not to good at explaining things) or you just need a hand adding pictures to posts just send me an email or a private message and i will be more than happy to help you out.

What's the difference between understeer and oversteer?
Understeer is when the driver is scared.
Oversteer is when the passenger is scared.
