if you mean fe2, thats the holden standard lowered kit, which is only an inch differance between stock, better of with some thicker coiled king springs.
yeh ive been looking into FE2 set up for me VS and have been told that a good set of king springs would be better if after performance.....but if you not gonna drive it hard/sporty then fe2 would be fine for an upgrade
the fe3 were the cop car spec springs from what i understand thay were 2 inches shorter and softer thats why im looking for them i want my car to squat off the line that is why i didnt go with the kink springs there too thick
I dont know about your model car (pre vl) but for vn onwards theres no such thing as fe3, same goes for cop chips! The police did do modifications to their vehicles in the day so maybe they had their own springs as well.....
