Just curious what would happen If you had the 80 Litre tank and you set the switch on the back to the 60litre would that mean that it would give you 60 at full with 20litres at empty

thats correct, now if your dash is out of wack, when the cars started, push and hold the reset button on each of the 3 modes built into the cluster, 2 will show 3 digit numbers, they should all be set to 625, the other to0.

ok im going to definatly try this
i have to flick my gauges to get hem to work lol
expecialy when i fill up assuming im empty n have a quater tank

my thought was to actually change that and see that I have an empty tank. and think oh I had better go and fill it. when in fact I would Have 20L in reserve. problem then will probably be knowing what I have done and think yeah I have another 20L I have plenty I dont need to go to petrol station yet and end up having to walk to the servo with a jerry can.

the problem lyes in the dash itself, the gaugue needles themselfs are sticky. The cluster inbternals will need to be resoldered to cure the problem.
