Unfortunately you really need to change the insert to get the full effect. You can get little gel covers for the bulbs which will change the appearance slightly. I think narva makes these covers. So to answer your question they are clear bulbs with green cluster inserts. I have seen full kits for about $80-$100 on ebay to change the background color and illumination color.
What's the difference between understeer and oversteer? Understeer is when the driver is scared. Oversteer is when the passenger is scared.
