the ecotec throttle body is not bigger and is not interchanable. either bore your existing throttle body or buy a new 70mm one, not much on performance though youd be better off with driveline mods.

Cheers,
Nodg.

Also with the series 2 if your remove your throttle body and take out the bellmouth (black funnel looking thing that is installed between the throttle body and the intake manifold) it will give you a bit better throttle response. I have been told that your car will not idle as smooth as with it in but from what i hear it is a good thing. Make sure you get yourself a new gasket if you pull the throttle body off.
Welcome to the club and good luck

What's the difference between understeer and oversteer?
Understeer is when the driver is scared.
Oversteer is when the passenger is scared.

y do u need a tacho 2 reset your ecm?? If you want to find the 3 grand revs without 1 rev it up by hand and when you hear your revs drop then you know that the ecm is resetting it self ,I have done it this way all along and never had a problem!

it doesnt need to be 3000 rpm around 1500 is sufficiant. its only to tune the idle and reset the derfault settings on the ecu memcal.

Cheers,
Nodg.
