ok ok I know I'm becoming a pain in the ar#e but this place is awsom and u guys r cool hehehe any ways need 2 know if any1 has had trouble removing the doors it says 2 knok the pins out but god damm!! there in there tighter than a u know wat! and besides that u cant unbolt any thing to get the little beasty off can u help pleeezzzz these little problems r realy frustating i know a bit of elbow grease is in order but if i give it any more i will do sum damage and the angle of the door prevents most punchs getting in to the pin and a clean hit with the hammer, any sugestions?

| when i was getting mine out, i used an allan key as the pin. Cause it sticks out of the tight areas with the little L shape. Anywho, have u got a manual for it? ill find mine for you and tell you what it says to do. ill post it on here ASAP. Ill add you to msn as well if u dont mind. if i do ill probebly get back to u faster |

| yeah thanx jonny that would b great the allen key i didnt even think off as i got millions here the front doors wernt so bad but rear god da#n!!!! I needed several beers just 2 think about there 4 I cum here thanx 4 the quik reply mate as 4 msn yeah go 4 it cheers |

| hey guys got the doors of peice of pi#@ just thought I'd trow out a few hints, managed 2 get a door of and swapit around in 30 mins ,all u need is a fine flat blade screw driver,a peice of 5-6mm steel rod about 30-40mm long u can cut this down if u like.about 60mm down the steel rod put a VERY slight bend on it.Right now start by poping the little black caps of the door pins,get a little bit of crc on the pins now get the steel rod startin from the bottom pin get the steel rod and hammer the pin out startin from the bottom of the pin not the top or u will jam them against the door, this can b a real head ache so hit the bottom 1 up and the top pin down.When repacing the door u will need 2 people, 1 to hold the bak of the door and 1 to line up the hinges.Line up the bottom hinge place a allen key in the hinge loking the hinge in then lift the top hinge in (this may need a litte effort NOT 2 MUCH)then just simply knok the top pin into place then the bottom being carfull not 2 wak the car then get ur little rod and pull the middle door arm out by putting the rod through the hole on the arm and pulling outwards knok pin in and hey presto!!!!! hope this helps u!:) |
