Has it got spark??
Has it got fuel??
Have you checked all fuses??

What's the difference between understeer and oversteer?
Understeer is when the driver is scared.
Oversteer is when the passenger is scared.

No power at pump will either be fuse, relay, plug or a wiring fault

With this kind of bug, you might have to trace the wires one by one. Intermittent ëlectrical/electronic faults like this tend to be caused by:
-Bad connections
-Corrosion in the wiring
-Fraying in the wiring. For example, if a wire is meant to have 50 strands, and only 20 of them are connected, this will create resistance. Resistance wreaks havoc particularly on electronics, so look around for the obvious stuff. Clean fuse and other connectors, check for any loose ocnnectors, and make sure any earth leads have a good solid connection
