Hi...and merry christmas, Hope everyone is doing well and driving safely...just been reading about some Horrific accidents, so take it easy, saw this absolute Muppet overtake a truck behind me today and neally got wiped out by oncoming traffic, Kids in both cars. He then overtook me leading into a corner....idiot.

anyway, i put in some Spotties over a year ago and the other night they did not work ( they are wired into hi-beam) Fuse was half Melted, replaced fuse/connection and turned highbeam on and noticed the fuse was quite warm to touch, but all was good last night.

I checked all wiring, globes etc, no moisture so everything looks ok.
15 amp fuse, do i just put a 20 amp fuse in??

i am a Donkey when it comes to anything electrical.

Click it and find out

Anyway about the spotlights are they wire with a separate relay and just have the high beam as a switching wire??

What's the difference between understeer and oversteer?
Understeer is when the driver is scared.
Oversteer is when the passenger is scared.

Not to mention, have you got the recommended amperage wire and fuse? sometimes they don't make it all that clear in the wiring instructions. Usually they give you a relay and a switch as part of a spotlight kit. The law says you have to have a switch independent of the high beam switch, and having its own realy and fuse means it doesn't mess with the original harness.
