Hi All,
Finally got the v8 Throttle body yesterday, hooked it all up, started it up, reset ecu, everything seemed ok, took it for a 3 hour drive no probs, got back turned her off and started back up gave her a couple of revs and the throttle was sticking. Got sh1ts put stock one back on. any help would be great. Thanks

Where did you buy it from? After this happened and you took it off, could you open and close the throttle butterfly by hand, or is it stuck in the one position?

hi,i got it off a mates mate for $85 he had it on his vq stato. it can open but it would stick wen it closed but it still opend by hand. saw my mechanic told me to adjust the screw but still done the same thing

make sure you give it a good clean out and try doing a base idle reset. It just sounds as though the butterfly is closing to much and fouling on the housing. Have seen this before.
 

What's the difference between understeer and oversteer?
Understeer is when the driver is scared.
Oversteer is when the passenger is scared.
