I take it that the water that is coming out and flooding your floor is crystal clear water and really fkn cold. If so, the drain pipe for the condensor is blocked, 5 minute job tops.

Jack the car up, and crawl under there wearing swimming goggles (or safety glasses), and have a cable tie (zip-tie) with you too. If you have **** eyesight a torch might help as well! Get under from the driver's side and head to the gearbox. Have a look up along the transmission tunnel around the mid section of the gearbox. There should be a little black grommet (might look a bit like a small black dome). Using your fingers, have a poke around and work out how it opens up (there's no easy way to explain it), then EASE the cable tie in there and have a bit of a GENTLE poke around. You should be able to get about 5-7 cm of cable tie in there, twist it around a little bit, and try not to swallow any of the water coming out.

Go easy on jamming stuff in there though, because if you go too far too hard you'll poke holes right through your heater core (the dash and the aircon system have to come out to replace that, bloody GMH).

When you say you just had your a/c updated what do you mean? Just regassed or were new seals thrown at it too?
