This might sound like a silly question but, what colour is the air con and fog light switch when you turn the lights on?

I have just replaced my air con switch now one is green and one is white????? I dont remember if thats how it was before the change or they were both white??

Thanx heaps

all the globes are white but is displayed as a dark green (similar to the dash setup) fix some celephane to both switches, whatever colour you prefer. although im surprised both the globes are still working as its a little uncommon!

Cheers,
Nodg.

The globe of the new air con switch is white as is the orignal fog light switch but the globe has a little green rubber cover (like a condom) which makes the color green when the lights are on?

Nodg so what your saying is the the colour of the lights should be green? Do you know if this changed through the production cycle of the VN as mine is a very early one (9/1989)

Globes work fine never had a problem with them. Athough the car has had a very easy life (sunny Sundays only)

white would stand out more and a cheap and easy to make it even, just take the other green cover off

Cheers,
Nodg.
