88 vn v6 backfiring on starting. once started, runs ok???

ok what you have is an aftx memcal

these cals were recalled due to backfiring issues, you should remove it immediatley and replace it with an arbp(hsv) or apnx(updated) memcal you will find these in s2 vn's or vp's and possibly the series 1.5 too
