Hi this morning I was driving doin 80kms when the car like lost power then came back this is the first time this has ever happened is that the coil on the way out thanks

Was it coughing and spluttering under load, but idling ok? Start at your spark plugs, then the leads. If they all cheak out ok, check your fuel filter. If that's ok, check the fuel pump. Only then do you go for the expensive parts and start swapping coil packs, as all of the above are cheap to check.

when was the last time you did a service on your car mate ,also i have had your prob in the past mine was a faulty fuel pump AFTER i changed my coil pack so i would prob be looking at that, did your engine light come on at all when it did it ?
